TV presenter Holly Willoughby is set to front a new celebrity jungle show titled Celebrity Bear Hunt, which will see survival expert Bear Grylls hunting down famous contestants. The Netflix series is scheduled to be released in February 2025 and features Willoughby in all-green outfits walking through the Central American jungle, alongside Grylls. The competitions will face challenges set by Grylls, with those failing to impress him being eliminated in the Bear Hunt game of cat and mouse.
The show’s images also reveal the basic living conditions in the jungle where the celebrities will stay during the competition. Although the cast for the show has not been announced yet, it was filmed in Costa Rica. Willoughby recently returned to TV after leaving This Morning amid allegations, and is now hosting the ITV gameshow You Bet! with Stephen Mulhern.
The new show comes after her former co-host Phillip Schofield also left ITV amid a scandal. The duo had previously hosted Dancing On Ice together. Willoughby’s return to TV comes after her departure from This Morning in the midst of controversy. The show’s launch on Netflix in February is highly anticipated by fans of both Willoughby and Grylls.
