Kelly Kouchi, a skilled Salesforce administrator, project manager, teacher, and small business owner, has joined the Department of Retailing at the University of South Carolina. With over seven years of experience at Charlotte Pipe and Foundry, Kouchi successfully implemented and integrated the Salesforce platform company-wide, earning certifications as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst.
Kouchi’s teaching career has taken her across the globe to Europe and Japan, as well as positions at the University of Pennsylvania and University of North Carolina at Charlotte as an ESL Instructor. She has also been a Fulbright program instructor, showcasing her dedication to education and adapting to new technologies for student needs.
In addition to her professional roles, Kouchi has been a community leader and volunteer, co-leading the Salesforce Charlotte Trailblazer Community and volunteering in school systems. She holds an M.A. in English with a specialization in language acquisition and a B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
With a diverse background in education, administration, and technology, Kouchi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every role she undertakes. Her involvement in teaching courses like Sales Strategies and Principles of Customer Service, as well as her affiliation with the Salesforce Trailblazer Community, demonstrates her commitment to excellence in both education and industry.
